By accessing or using Clicost ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service



Clicost is an AI-powered expense tracking application that helps users:
  • Track and categorize expenses
  • Scan and process receipts using AI
  • Set and monitor budgets
  • View spending analytics and insights
  • Manage recurring payments
  • Participate in group expense tracking


3. User Accounts



3.1 Registration



To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security



You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans



4.1 Free Plan



The free plan includes basic features with usage limits as described in the app.

4.2 Premium Plans



Premium subscriptions provide additional features, higher limits, and priority support. Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected.

4.3 Billing



Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our web payment provider.

4.4 Cancellation



You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

5. Acceptable Use



You agree not to:
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload malicious content or malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper working of the service
  • Scrape or collect data from other users
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Use the service to store or transmit harmful content


6. User Content



You retain ownership of all content you upload to the service (receipts, expense data, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, store, and display it as necessary to provide our services.

7. AI Processing Disclaimer



Our AI-powered features (receipt scanning, categorization, insights) are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, AI processing may occasionally produce errors. Users should verify important financial data.

8. Intellectual Property



The Clicost app, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties



THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability



TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification



You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination



We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

13. Governing Law



These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms



We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
